Rosa H. Maldonado-Zabala

Rosa leads Carelon Global Solutions’ first nearshore operation, focusing on accelerating growth and positioning the company in Puerto Rico as one of the main employers on the island.

Prior to Carelon Global Solutions Rosa was leading Atento Puerto Rico as a general Manager for 12 years. The operation was awarded a “Great Place to Work” certification and also achieved the ISO 26001 certification. Rosa managed 900+ employees dedicated to servicing clients for different verticals including healthcare.

Rosa has a bachelor's degree in arts from the University of Puerto Rico and an associate’s degree in Commercial Advertising.
