Most recently, he was CIO of the healthcare, pharma, and financial services businesses at Conduent, one of the world’s largest BPO service providers.
Before that, he spent ten years with Oracle in the ORMB business unit as a Senior Director, leading multiple functions from delivery, business development, marketing, and global alliances throughout his tenure.

David has helped with multiple transformation programs in the revenue management space to multiple top Tier-1 health payers and has become the go-to man for many executives within the healthcare industry. Clients have seen tangible savings through these implementations by plugging revenue leakage and infrastructure consolidation.
Prior to Oracle, David spent 20+ years with Pitney Bowes across various roles in sales, pre-sales, relationship management, and product training.
David currently resides in Milwaukee and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin.
